Our company regularly holds events in the meeting room at Holiday Inn Kaliningrad. The staff are friendly and responsive, and any issues are resolved quickly. We would also like to note the windows with a wonderful view of the Pregolya River and the built-in air conditioning in the hall.

We held events at Holiday Inn twice: once at full hall capacity and once for 80 guests. The hall is large, bright and spacious, with good equipment and high ceilings. The staff were polite, understanding and helpful with coordination. We ordered a buffet, and each time it was delicious and beautifully served. Guests were delighted with the rooms: everything was neat, bright and clean, and it would be a pleasure to return. Everyone had only positive impressions of the hall, the event, the food and the attitude of the coordinators and hotel staff.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for another excellent conference arrangement. We always hold events with you and will definitely hold more. The quality of organisation is consistently excellent: everything is on time, and all our requests and changes are handled very quickly. This time our speaker also noted your service positively. During the conference, coordinator Varvara was always nearby and helped with lighting and air conditioning. Thank you for your work. See you at the next conference!

Everything was excellent. We had an attentive manager who helped resolve issues very quickly the day before the event. She responded promptly to all questions and was very helpful.

We really enjoy renting the Hoffmann Hall at Holiday Inn. The spacious room, equipped with everything needed, is greatly appreciated by us and by seminar participants. The hall is spacious, comfortable and roomy enough: 65 participants felt comfortable and there was plenty of free space. Lunch organisation, the technical setup and directing participants to the hall were also excellent. Thank you again!
